The bundle combines three standalone programmes into a recommended 22-week progression:
• Basics Done Well (4 Weeks)
• Op Massive (12 Weeks)
• Aesthetic AF (6 Weeks)
We recommend beginning with Basics Done Well to establish a strong baseline of fitness and movement quality before progressing into Op Massive for hybrid strength and conditioning development.
Aesthetic AF then finishes the progression with a more traditional hypertrophy-focused bodybuilding approach designed to maximise muscle development and recovery from higher-volume conditioning work.
Each programme includes its own structure, progression model, and training intensity guidelines.

Im 7 weeks deep into the phys monster bundle after somewhat falling off the bandwagon and absolutely loving it. Its great to have a structured beasting that means my time in the gym is spent grafting or breathing out my arse, not thinking about what to do next. Pairing it with the Hevy app makes for easy tracking of progression.
Looks good so far, I’ll be starting the basics done well and then moving on to OP Massive
