Want Custom Apparel?

Like our designs but want some customised high-calibre apparel for your business, event, or company of legends? If the answer to that question is a hard yes, then don’t hesitate to email us directly at info@aceofironapparel.com, or send us a message via the 'contact us' tab or semi-live chat button. We'll follow up by arranging a video consultation to spin a few dits and discuss your ideas in full. Following that consultation, we will provide an invoice based on what we have discussed* (assuming the project is viable - please read the bold text below) and request a £100 deposit to be paid before any works can commence. This is because 'custom work' requires a considerable amount of time. For reference, the deposit will be taken off the final invoice total. We will then work with you to iron out your design. Please note, if your ideas significantly change during the design process, we may request an additional £100 deposit before the additional works can commence (in this instance, the original £100 deposit paid will be lost). This is because sometimes, in addition to our time, we need to secure vector files, commission artists, and/or secure other imagery to bring your ideas to life, and have to pay for these and their licensing rights up front. So please be confident with your original ideas.

Once we have your design squared away, we will produce a final mockup to give you an idea of how your print will look on a t-shirt. After the final mockup is confirmed, we will double check the sizes you require and request full payment before proceeding to print. The turnaround time is then 4-8 weeks from the point of payment, under normal circumstances. Please note that once your sizes are confirmed and the order has been sent to print, we cannot refund or exchange any undamaged garment based purely on it's sizing. We’ll keep you updated throughout the entire process and are always on hand to answer any questions along the way.

In interests of clarity, our minimum order quantities for custom jobs are; 25x units for “direct to garment (DTG)” printing on a single site (e.g. back print only), 50x units for “screen printing” up to 4 colours, 100x units for “screen printing” up to 8 colours, and 150x units for "screen printing" up to 10 colours. Please note, if your design requires the commission of an artist to fulfil your requirements, these will be charged at "cost". We will advise on the viability of the project during our initial consultation, or shortly afterwards if we need to discuss your ideas with an artist.

*The total price for custom work varies based on a number of factors such as design complexity, printing type used, and the number of units ordered. A “ball park” figure would be an average of our website prices, although this can increase or decrease depending on the number of units ordered and the complexity of your artwork.
