UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch all UK orders placed Monday-Friday within 24 hours wherever possible. Orders placed after 20:00 on Friday, or over the weekend, will usually be dispatched on Monday. Once dispatched, most UK clothing orders arrive within 2-3 working days via Royal Mail tracked services.

Please note that training programmes and digital products are delivered immediately via email and are not subject to physical shipping timeframes.

WHAT DELIVERY SERVICE DO YOU USE?

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all UK clothing orders, providing tracking updates and delivery confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Smaller accessories such as stickers and PVC patches are typically sent using Royal Mail Untracked Second Class services.

Tracking information will be sent to your checkout email address once your order has been dispatched. Customers using Shop Pay may also receive additional end-to-end tracking updates directly through the Shop app.

DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?

We currently only offer free returns where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

For standard returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for return postage costs. This helps us keep our product pricing and shipping rates as fair and competitive as possible, while still offering free UK shipping over a low order threshold and free outbound shipping on UK exchanges.

RETURN TO SENDER ORDERS

Orders returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, parcels not being collected, incomplete or incorrect delivery details, or the recipient being unavailable at the address provided will be processed as returned-to-sender parcels.

In these situations, original shipping costs are non-refundable and an additional postage fee may be required before an order can be re-shipped.

We kindly ask customers to double-check all delivery details before placing an order to help avoid unnecessary delays or returned parcels.

DELIVERY FEES? 

UK shipping (excluding Channel Islands) is charged at £3.99 for clothing orders sent via tracked delivery.

Smaller accessories such as stickers and PVC patches are charged at £2 and are usually sent using untracked services.

Orders over £65 (after discounts) qualify for free UK shipping. Training programmes and digital products are delivered free of charge via email.

Please note that we do not currently ship to UK PO Box addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do ship worldwide. Full information regarding international delivery services, estimated delivery times, customs charges, and overseas shipping can be found on our “Shipping & Delivery (Worldwide)” page.

BFPO & MILITARY DELIVERIES

We proudly ship to BFPO addresses for customers entitled to use the service. Shipping rates are £3.99 for clothing, £2 for smaller accessories, and £15 for orders over £60 in value to ensure items remain insured and traceable during transit.

To help avoid delays, please provide your BFPO number, service number, rank, unit or regiment, and operational or location details when placing your order. If any information is missing, we’ll contact you directly before dispatching your order.


BFPO delivery timeframes vary significantly depending on operational location and local mail systems. Most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks, although some destinations may take longer.


We also ship to UK military camps. Once Royal Mail delivers a parcel to the camp post room, the item enters the MOD’s internal mail system. While we’ll always do our best to help where possible, we cannot accept responsibility for delays, losses, or returns caused by internal MOD mail handling.


Any customs charges, taxes, or import fees associated with BFPO deliveries remain the responsibility of the customer.

SAFE PLACE DELIVERIES

Customers may leave delivery instructions for Royal Mail during checkout, including requests for parcels to be left with neighbours or in designated “safe places”.

Please note that if you instruct Royal Mail to leave a parcel in a safe place or with a third party, responsibility for the parcel transfers once delivery has been completed according to those instructions.

WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?

If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number, shipping address, and checkout email address so we can investigate further.

Before contacting us, please check your dispatch confirmation email for your Royal Mail tracking information and review any delivery updates provided by the courier.

While delays are uncommon, we kindly ask customers to allow 7-10 working days before reporting a parcel as potentially lost in transit.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS SHOWN AS DELIVERED?

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us as soon as possible so we can begin investigating the issue with Royal Mail.

Before reaching out, we kindly ask that customers check around the delivery location, with neighbours, and any designated safe places where the parcel may have been left.

In some situations, we may require a completed Denial of Receipt form before we can proceed with further investigation or resolution. If theft is suspected, customers may also be required to report the matter to the police and provide a crime reference number.


Where possible, replacement items will usually be issued before refunds are considered.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue so we can assess the situation promptly.

Where a fault is confirmed, we’ll provide return instructions and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Reasonable return postage costs for faulty items will be reimbursed upon receipt of valid proof of postage.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details entered at checkout are accurate and complete before placing an order.


If an incorrect address has been entered and the parcel has already been dispatched, we may not be able to intercept or recover the shipment. In these situations, additional shipping fees may apply if the parcel is successfully returned and needs to be re-shipped.


Unfortunately, if a parcel cannot be recovered due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout, we cannot accept liability for the loss.
